Level 3 coaches have the option of re-certifying on the internet through the USA Hockey Website.
Send to Glen Fosmo, c/o DYHA, PO Box 235, Douglas, WY 82633. You must also be certified for the level you wish to coach (see chart below), and clinics are listed at right. DYHA will reimburse you for the cost of the clinic, travel is at your own expense. A background check is also required. DYHA arranges for this to be done with the information from your application, and also covers that cost.
